2.2. Partys, Gift Tickets, Year Pass, Contact
2.2.1 – Instructions set on the pages Groups & Parties – Party Contact – Gift Ticket – Year Pass – Contact must be followed. If such instructions are not followed we reserve the right to cancel any arrangements made with no refund.
2.2.2 – The host/organizer that booked any event held at the park is responsible for any damages made to the facilities by the party and is liabale for repair costs.
2.2.3 – We reserve the right to refuse any refunds should the party members not follow proper protocol and/or not adhere to the instructions.
2.2.4 – If a reservation is made and the event is canceled, the booking fee will not be returned.
